Looks like another fine week ahead for Boise!

Soups this week:

Market Veggie - made entirely from fresh and local vegetables procured from the Capital City Market on Saturday in Downtown Boise…..look for some garlic scapes and golden beets in here.

Chilled Grilled Pineapple - one of Jason’s favorite things to grill in the summer…you can expect just a hint of spice and a lot of coolness from this soup.

Wednesday guest location is the Idaho Shakespeare Festival Production Shops located at 2960 Wise Way (just off Warm Springs Avenue) time tba and another possible lunch stop that day???

Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July weekend! We’re taking today (Tuesday July 5th) off to recover from the long holiday weekend and prepare for this week’s activities……

Soups this week are mushroom barley and chilled strawberry/jalapeno! Plus a special appearance of sugar snap peas in the cole slaw - courtesy of Farmer Marty! Gotta try one of the new brownies……

Green gazpacho - a cucumber and avocado based twist on the traditional cold soup (vegan and gluten free)

and 3-Bean Chorizo - garbanzo, kidney, and pinto beans in a rich base with Basque-style chorizo (gluten free)

Also be sure to check out our new concoction this week - The Sloppy Jose: local Wagyu beef in a taco-seasoned sauce

Tuesday evening is the debut of UBER Tuesday at the Visual Arts Collective located at 3638 Osage in Garden City - great music, food, and beer!
